If there were an option to give this man 0 stars, that would be my rating. Direct words and I quote: “You have about 350 pounds there and 250 pounds there (pointing at two people). That’s too much weight on my chair.” When nicely proceeded to ask what the weight limit was and he said 250. We were never given these details upon renting (note: neither person sitting was even close to that weight limit). Five minutes pass and we have two young girls sitting in a chair together and he comes back saying “I guess you did not get the memo.” We questioned him, and he said only one person per chair. Again, we questioned and said we thought it was just a limit of 250 per chair- and he said yes. We explained the two people don’t weigh 250 pounds together so all is well. He THEN shares “only ONE person per chair.” Then proceeds to stand over top of our group until everyone moved moved to his approval, with his arms crossed. Super disrespectful, and unprofessional. I would never recommend this man or his services.
